SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or DHL. Standard shipping within the U.S. for all orders. For International shipping, we offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. The threshold for free shipping may vary based on promotions and your location. Please reference the free shipping calculator in the shopping cart and on the top of the website for the specific shipping threshold for your country.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to verify and process an order. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery. For international shipments, please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery depending on destination and selected delivery service.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at anytime. Similarly, we reserve the right to request additional information from our customers for verification purposes.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order.  Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS, FedEx or DHL. We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS, FedEx or DHL.

Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us, provided that we have received full payment for the order.

We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.

Buyer is Importer of Record

The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Kimyona to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Kimyona may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

RETURNS // REFUNDS // EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Kimyona.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be happy to issue a store credit for any returned merchandise. Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items.

Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached and in original packaging (where applicable). 

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, our warehouse will process the return, and you will be notified via email.

We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. This policy applies to all purchases made at our retail stores and on our online store.
